Great experience. Nice to have a very professional, informative and decisive dentist. I’ve been to a number of dentists for this particular issue over the last year or two. All of them seem to me to be in the practice of referring to other specialists…maximizing billing. None of that crap here. One visit and I am sure this is the best dental office in the Tweed-Madoc area. For someone who is genuinely uncomfortable with the whole dental experience, I am very happy here. I find the staff to be very respectful to each other which flows over to the patients. My experience is always wonderfully good. And Dr. Rob is very meek, kind and gentle.
Always a great experience. Dr Rob and his staff take the time to get to know you, set you at ease and give patient specific care to address all of your individual dental needs while paying attention to what makes you feel comfortable.
I had so concerns before my cleaning began with recent health issues. The dental hygienist went above and beyond taking my blood pressure prior to cleaning and asking if I was still ok throughout my appointment. 100% recommend.
Finding a new dentist can be a challenge - you want one who knows their trade, does not try to upsell you, has friendly and helpful staff and skilled hygienists. I was very pleased with the friendliness, efficiency and thoroughness of everyone I dealt with. They clearly know what they are doing and I felt they had my best interests in mind, not just the revenue, which is a necessary part of any business. Looking forward to my next visit - how often do you say that about a trip to the dentist?
