My 4 year old is naturally nervous of dental experiences but the hygienist has been fantastic with him - so patient and able to put him at ease so that he agreed to most of the work that needed to be done in a cleaning (minus being too afraid of the electric toothbrush and air gun). Dr. Rob also did his check quickly but thoroughly, putting my son at ease. After the appointment, he said that going to the dentist was fun!

They were great! They didn't ask for full exams and full xrays as a new patient, they got right to the point of why I was there, answered all my questions and made sure my concerns were heard. The fact that they direct billed my insurance was a bonus and the receptionist went over everything with me. Very thorough, I highly recommend this office.

I arrived early but the appointment was a few mins late. The cleaning was a great experience. They were very careful cleaning around my sensitive teeth. Great team at Tweed Dental. 😀

Professional, understanding and kind. Very accommodating for my daughter who was really nervous about getting her teeth pulled. Dr Rob was patient, encouraging and shared what was happening and what would be felt. Julia was fantastic; happy, kind and encouraging. Great atmosphere for the unpleasant experience.
