Very happy with my visit. The dentist and assistant were very pleasant and explained what they were doing. I walk with a cane and not all that steady and the assistant was kind enough to stay by my side and give me her arm, much appreciated.
I had my cleaning at UDental with hygienist’s Haya, she was awesome! Super professional she did a thorough job, and made me feel very comfortable, my teeth feel so clean!. Vlada is amazing too, she is very caring, and always gives me an excellent service. I definitely recommend UDental! 🙂 María
Jess and Vlada have always been very helpful! They worked hard to arrange an appointment for our family of four to make sure we are all going the same day back to back to save us time. 2 weeks before our appointment, we suddenly needed to reschedule and they happily did it for us without any issues! They are always very pleasant and friendly! This clinic is about half an hour drive from our place plus traffic but we don’t mind the drive as we are happy with their service! My children and I had a positive experience with UDental clinic. The staff are wonderful; the reception desk ladies were kind and well-informed, the dentist's assistant was so sweet with the children, knowledgeable and empathetic, the doctor professional and patient. My toddler who usually does not like strangers was asking me yesterday when we can go back to "cool doctors"! I did not take photos, but the place is super clean and well-maintained.
Fabulous staff, very accommodating and welcoming however I was very disappointed this that time ran out for a complete cleaning as it took longer with the dentist to repair a tooth, thus shortening my time with the hygienist. As a result I missed out on a complete cleaning . Perhaps moving forward it’s best to book a treatment with the dentist and the cleaning on separate days.
