The staff are amazing. They are very friendly and efficient. I felt welcome as soon as I walked in the office. I have been sent reminders of my upcoming appointments. Dr. Sam Soufi had done a filling on my tooth. He had let me know each of the steps as he had done. He was also very friendly and efficient. I would recommend Ultima Dental Wellness.
We've been bringing our family here (2 adults and 2 kids) for over two years, and we've always had a great experience. The hygienists and dentists are professional, caring, and take the time to make everyone feel comfortable. We've never had any issues and are happy to recommend this clinic.
Had a really good experience here getting my crown done. Dr. Krim was super calm and easy to talk to, and he walked me through the whole process so I knew exactly what was happening. Abby, the assistant, was great too—really friendly and made the appointment feel much more comfortable. Jamie, the hygienist, was also awesome and super gentle during my cleaning. The whole crown treatment went smoother than I expected, and everything feels great now. Really happy I came here! Highly recommend.
That was the third time I visited and again the place is great as well as all the ladies. The office is clean, bright and up to date on things and has a awesome vibe as well. Very thankful to now have them as my new Dentist after a great partnership with Dr. Tamminen.
My family and I recently started going to Ultima Dental and my daughter saw Dr Yoo. She was so kind and patient with her. She needed a filling and is a wee bit dental phobic. With Dr Yoo and the assistant my daughter was able to get the filling done with no tears. My son who is 4 also had a cleaning done, the assistant who helped with that was patient and able to get the polish, fluoride and X-rays done.
