Had a really good experience here getting my crown done. Dr. Krim was super calm and easy to talk to, and he walked me through the whole process so I knew exactly what was happening. Abby, the assistant, was great too—really friendly and made the appointment feel much more comfortable. Jamie, the hygienist, was also awesome and super gentle during my cleaning. The whole crown treatment went smoother than I expected, and everything feels great now. Really happy I came here! Highly recommend.
Haven't been to a dentist in many years because of past experiences from other offices. Jamie made this new experience at Ultima a pleasant one and also gave no judgement for me being away from the dentist for quite a long time. I love this clinic, they're always so nice and accommodating. The whole team is amazing, but I want to shout out Claudia specifically! I have always had pretty bad anxiety when it comes to scheduling appointments and speaking on the phone, but Claudia has always been really flexible and kind when communicating about appointments.
