I am very pleased with Upper Bayview Dental Clinic. Dr Ziu is thoroughly professional explaining in detail what has to be done and why. He uses updated technology that makes results less stressful and more comfortable for his clients. He is courteous and respectful towards everyone. The Clinic is very clean and welcoming with Staff who are friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this dental clinic.
I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Raymond Zhu who I found to be friendly, kind, understanding, and caring. He clearly explained what was needed and gave me several options without any pressure whatsoever. He was upfront about all costs beforehand. He diligently did his work with his assistant Miranda. They made sure that I was safe and comfortable and the procedure ended with a wonderful result. I am more than pleased with the interactions I encountered with all of the office staff. I highly recommend his services.
I have had nothing but over-the-top positive experiences with Dr. Zhu's team. The entire practice shows care and compassion; a rarity these days. When I was experiencing pain, I received an email reply from the doctor, well after business hours. When I missed an email to come in for a cancellation, the team send me a text as well, they wanted to make sure I was aware of the opening. I cannot say enough good things about this practice, they are excellent in every regard.
I can’t say enough about how amazing Dr. Zhu is! I needed a root canal on a tooth with four curved canals—one of the more complex cases. While some endodontists mentioned how challenging this procedure would be, Dr. Zhu handled it with incredible skill. The process was smooth, comfortable, and he kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Upper Bayview Dental, and especially Dr. Zhu! 😊👍🏻
