I suffer from anxiety about going to the dentist, like so many. But I cannot express how grateful I am for the doctors and staff here!!! From the minute I walked in the door and was created by the kind and knowledgeable front desk staff, to the minute I was in the chair, I was put totally at ease. Everything was explained, there was no rushing or making me feel like a number. They truly care about the patient. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Simply the best in the business. I drive 90km and over an hour 1 way to see Dr Zhu. Many dentists couldn't properly fix my issues or would try to send me to specialists for surgeries but Dr Zhu and his team believed they could tackle it without any of that and they have done excellent work! Great communication and compassion. His after hours care and communication is second to none. He saved my Christmas holidays! Thank you!

I am very pleased with Upper Bayview Dental Clinic. Dr Ziu is thoroughly professional explaining in detail what has to be done and why. He uses updated technology that makes results less stressful and more comfortable for his clients. He is courteous and respectful towards everyone. The Clinic is very clean and welcoming with Staff who are friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this dental clinic.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Raymond Zhu who I found to be friendly, kind, understanding, and caring. He clearly explained what was needed and gave me several options without any pressure whatsoever. He was upfront about all costs beforehand. He diligently did his work with his assistant Miranda. They made sure that I was safe and comfortable and the procedure ended with a wonderful result. I am more than pleased with the interactions I encountered with all of the office staff. I highly recommend his services.
