I’ve been to Uptown Dental Clinic several times already, and my husband and daughter are also patients there. We’ve always had a very pleasant experience. My dentist, Dr. Poon, is kind and attentive, and I’ve never had any complaints about her work. The receptionists are also very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend this clinic.
I had an amazing experience with Rena! She truly went above and beyond during my visit and took such great care of me. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and explained everything in a really calming, reassuring way. I felt totally looked after from start to finish. If you’re looking for a dentist who is gentle, caring, and genuinely invested in her patients, I highly recommend her!
I’ve been a dental patient at this Clinic for over a decade. The staff is great! Very friendly and helpful. Dr. Segal is the best Dentist I’ve had. Perfect combination of pleasant conversation and very competent dental care. While doing a procedure Dr. Segal gives your mouth plenty of rest breaks so your jaw doesn’t get uncomfortable. If you’re nervous about going to the Dentist - this is the perfect clinch !!
I went for my first appointment and had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Poon, Rena & Sally. The entire staff was lovely and thorough in their process. I recommend the clinic, especially to anyone on CDCP, and I will definitely be back!
Been there a couple of times for a cleaning and to fix my retainer. Great and fast service. Will definitely be returning. Thank you to Rina (hope I spelled that right) for her kindness and pleasant conversation.
