Doctor Segall and staff were efficient, friendly and kind. I did not have to wait long to be attended to by doctor and staff. Explanations of examination, x ray and advice going forward were comprehensible. I was shown the results of the x ray on a screen in front of me so I could see and understand easily. Practice rooms were clean and organized. It's not often that one can say that a visit to the dentist was a pleasant one.
I have been seeing Dr. Segall for over 11 years and he is the best!! He fixed my two front teeth right up after a bit of a Friday night brawl. They look amazing. Him and his team always take the best care of me. Thank you Uptowne Dental!!
My experience at Uptowne Dental Centre was quite pleasant. The staff are very friendly and do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. Dr. Segal performed a filling on one tooth and it was done with minimal pain. I would recommend Uptowne Dental Centre to anyone who doesn't like going to the dentist.
It’s not often that a dentist visit is something to brag about but my visits to Uptowne Dental Centre are just that. The team is welcoming and really try to make your visit a comfortable experience. I had a filling done and they got me in and out quickly.
Excellent care. All staff are wonderful and very considerate and careful. Dr.Singer is a consummate professional. He’s very thorough, no shortcuts (e.g. reviews all meds before each appt and adjusts which anesthetic to use if necessary). He also checks in with the patient regularly as he’s working to make sure they’re doing OK and even notices your movements if you seem uncomfortable. Also very easy to talk to.
