The hygienist Hanan was amazing! She was so kind, gentle, and made the whole appointment very comfortable. She explained everything she was doing and constantly made sure I wasn’t in any pain. You can really tell she cares about her patients and takes her time to do a thorough and careful cleaning. Honestly one of the best dental cleanings I’ve ever had. Also, the front desk staff are amazing—very welcoming, friendly, and helpful from the moment you walk in. The whole experience at the clinic was great. Highly recommend!
I met two amazing dentists, Dr. Chat and Dr. Brock Saucy. Dr. Chat is kind and makes me feel comfortable while explaining everything clearly. She is very helpful . Dr. Brock provides gentle and caring treatment. He does his job calmly. The staff is cooperative and always ready to help. They make me comfortable for my each visit and listen to me carefully . Thank you everyone for making every visit pleasant and stress-free. A wonderful experience.

The staff are always welcoming and efficient, the dental team is professional and gentle, and everything runs smoothly from start to finish. The office is clean, well-organized, and I always leave feeling well cared for. Highly recommend.
Top-notch from beginning to end. The front-end staff were great as were the hygienist Lindy and Dr. Benson Fung. I appreciated how the discussion and any suggested treatment options were led by them first asking me what my main concerns/goals with my teeth are. They were warm, skilled, thorough, patient with all my questions, and fun! And using my CDCP coverage was a breeze. Thanks to them, I left feeling pretty confident about my teeth - a rarity! Best dental clinic in Vancouver. Front desk staff are polite and attentive. Hygienists are thorough. No service is pushed on you. Dr Fung is easy going and always has your best interests in mind.
