@Novelett Marr. Been coming to this dental office for over a year now. No complaints whatsoever. The front desk staff is very friendly and efficient. I've done an extraction, some bonding work and cleanings. Great experience. And did I say that I love my smile? Thx dr.Panovski.
Be aware of the admin team. They will drain your benefits fast just because they don’t pay attention on their charges. Or charge you twice on the same procedure. It happened to me and my neighbour.
Hi Dr. Panovski, I hope this review will reach you. you have a wonderful Dentist and Hygienist but I think your clinic Front desk has problems, they have so much attitudes and so rude with customers, they wont even answer inquiry and I got 2 drop calls from them, I am asking for sched to be booked. I would understand if they are so busy, but when i got to your clinic they're priority is to gossip rather than entertain a client coming in. then they booked me a schedule without confirming it to me after my visit.
