Great experience, wonderful staff, and extremely understanding. I’m no fan of the dentist, but this practice sure does make the experience easier. The dentist was lovely, the front desk staff ensured I would be taken care of, and they are extremely reasonable in regards to payment options. I would highly recommend this practice to all.

I really like this Clinic! I have a history of some traumatic Dental experiences, so my trust is definitely earned not given, and after seeing a different dentist every time and some very poor treatment at my last clinic, I decided to try Vic West. As someone who suffers from a degree of dental anxiety due to past experiences, I was looking for somewhere that would offer sedation dentistry in some form. Went in for a procedure today, it was all explained well, the staff was all very kind and assuring. I’ve been with Dr Tranter for 12 years! Very friendly staff, like a friend you visit a few times a year! They take amazing care of my teeth, make recommendations and no pressure extras! Love going for my visits.
