Choosing Vicwest dentistry was the best decision I have ever made. Dr.Marus took such good care of me. The staff is amazing and I appreciate the understanding and compassion that was shown to me due to my anxiety and fear. And the introduction to nitrous oxide is a game changer for me. I'm terrified of the dentist. Everyone at Vic West dentistry helped me feel at ease as soon as I walked through the door. I received the best dental treatment I have ever experienced. They took my dental insurance instead of making me pay upfront. They have what seems to be upgraded dental technology which gives them a better understanding what treatment your teeth need.
I recently switched to this dentist because the one I saw previously did not accept the new Canadian Dental Care Plan. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at Vic West Dentistry. I had 3 appointments in a row (initial exam, hygiene and a needed filling) and found both hygienists and the dentist who helped me all to be personable, professional and thorough. I am very happy to be a patient here and highly recommend.
As always the staff go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable for my appointment. I suffer from chronic pain and my dental procedures quite often raise my heart rate and create some anxiety. Dr. Tranter is a compassionate dentist and always checks in on me throughout the appointment, which I so appreciate.
