Extremely happy to find a wonderful dental clinic within walking distance. Excellent intake process. Front of house staff very friendly, welcoming, & efficient. My intake exam with Dr. Gumbmann was very pleasant and complete. I actually look forward to my next appointment!
Great Dental Clinic. My kids (5 and 6) had a great experience. The dental hygienist explained everything step by step and they were not anxious with that. Dentists were also very pacient. I really love the attention. Dr. Gumbmann is very patient with kids (and with adults as well, as sometimes I got gag reflex and I need to stop the session before continuing). A great place for general family dentistry.
Dental Hygienist Kristy was amazing! Super friendly, professional, and made the whole cleaning really comfortable. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and helped me get my next appointment scheduled. You can tell she really cares about her patients.
Dr. Tranter is a gem! I've been going here for years. I've found many dentists try to do unnecessary work, but not here. Professional, competent, and trustworthy. The dental hygienists are generally very amenable and competent too.
Very pleasant experience I have been a patient here for 18 years or more and always received excellent service. Dental visits are not something I will ever look forward to but the team at Vic West have accommodated my fears and earned my trust. I originally gave a 4 star because to me no dental visit will ever feel like a 5 star experience but I am revising my review to a 5 star because your team has earned and deserves the highest praise.
