I really like this Clinic! I have a history of some traumatic Dental experiences, so my trust is definitely earned not given, and after seeing a different dentist every time and some very poor treatment at my last clinic, I decided to try Vic West. Always a pleasant experience (which you never think about that connected to a dentist ). Staff is friendly. The hygienist was knowledgeable and gentle. The dentist was kind and never makes me feel bad about my dental habits. I would strongly recommend Vic West Dentistry.
As a person who is anxious with dental visits, Dr. Gumbmann and the team were awesome. Very accommodating to my needs and made sure I was comfortable all throughout the process of getting a root canal treatment, ended up kind of falling asleep in between as well. The entire team is very professional , from the point of phone enquiry regarding the expected expenses, the treatment and the follow up for future appointments. If you are looking for a seamless dental experience with professional services and quality, go for it.
Vic West is an excellent dental clinic and I’m grateful to have found Dr. Gumbmann to be my new dentist here in Victoria. His work has been very good in all aspects and I have been quite comfortable and pleased with the results at my several visits for fillings, also the dental hygiene care by Rachel was good. And, the clinic staff is friendly and quite efficient. A five star experience all the way!
Tranter is fantastic, I have been seeing him on and off for over 20 years, always professional, always explains treatments, and always makes you feel comfortable. I broke a filling two days ago while eating, contacted the office and had an appointment the next day! Not only that, Bruce and his assistant stayed after hours to fix my filling and ensure I did not need to return for another appointment. Thank you Bruce and his team!
