I love Dr. Tranter and his staff. I have been his patient for 25 years. He is amazing, caring, calm, understanding and what a fantastic dentist he is. His dental assistants are awesome - I much appreciate their talking with me through my sessions, and so helpful with my physical needs. The front/reception staff are excellent as well. Kudos to all of them!
I really like this Clinic! I have a history of some traumatic Dental experiences, so my trust is definitely earned not given, and after seeing a different dentist every time and some very poor treatment at my last clinic, I decided to try Vic West. As someone who suffers from a degree of dental anxiety due to past experiences, I was looking for somewhere that would offer sedation dentistry in some form. Went in for a procedure today, it was all explained well, the staff was all very kind and assuring. This, along with the sedation I was offered, and the layout of the plan for today and moving foreword made my appointment one of the first dental procedure appointments I’ve gone to in a long time that I didn’t have a panic attack or negative experience during. Great experience, wonderful staff, and extremely understanding. I’m no fan of the dentist, but this practice sure does make the experience easier. The dentist was lovely, the front desk staff ensured I would be taken care of, and they are extremely reasonable in regards to payment options. I would highly recommend this practice to all.
