I'm terrified of the dentist. Everyone at Vic West dentistry helped me feel at ease as soon as I walked through the door. I received the best dental treatment I have ever experienced. They took my dental insurance instead of making me pay upfront. They have what seems to be upgraded dental technology which gives them a better understanding what treatment your teeth need.
As always the staff go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable for my appointment. I suffer from chronic pain and my dental procedures quite often raise my heart rate and create some anxiety. Dr. Tranter is a compassionate dentist and always checks in on me throughout the appointment, which I so appreciate. I have been a patient at Vic West Dentistry for 3 years. This appointment was for a root canal -- my first. It was painless and easy to tolerate. Dr. Gumbmann and Aperla did a great job and I am so thankful. Terrific dental practice, highly recommended for excellent dentistry, clear communication and kind attentive staff.

While I've never had a complaint or concern around Hygienists in any way, I can say that my experience yesterday with Carol was my best experience to date. Had a great visit! The reception staff are friendly and on the ball, the professionals in the back are very friendly and competent. The office as a whole seems to have a very receptive and upbeat attitude. Great spot!
