I am very pleased of my experience at Victoria dental. Nicole gave me a call back fitting me in reasonably fast because of my situation. I must add they took me in on a Saturday and Sunday because they can sometimes be open at that time.. not always but I was VERY lucky. They are so good with fitting emergency cases in, this service I needed years ago. They, Dr. Morshed Siker, Nicole and Negar are so kind and compassionate. In my personal experience, I was extremely disappointed with my visit to Victoria Dental Clinic. Despite clearly explaining my concerns, I did not feel listened to by the dentist. No dental cleaning was performed, even though I specifically requested one, and only a single X-ray was taken. Given the issues I raised, this did not feel thorough or sufficient. I left the appointment feeling dismissed, unheard, and without clear answers or proper care. The lack of communication and follow-through made the experience very frustra... read more
Would not recommend, my family had a horrible experience. We went twice and both times the dental hygienist did not listen or answer any of our questions. They didn’t freeze my daughter or sons mouths before fillings were done and, left my daughters fillings grey in colour! I moved dentist, and they commented on the horrible job they did in my daughter’s mouth and are now fixing the job they did. No wonder you can get in right away!
I went as a drop in patient for emergency care on a Saturday morning. and the staff and dentist were amazing! They were kind, they were skilled and despite being short staffed that day, they were in good spirits and provided high quality care. I’m so grateful. Thank you!!!!
My partner had to go in for an emergency double tooth extraction. I cant say enough about the experience, promptness, and caring that came from this clinic! They took him in right away...same day.. .helped with pain management until tooth extraction was booked and when it came time for the extraction, incredible service. The one receptionist/assistant is truly amazing! She's so friendly and cares about the patients walking thru that door. The dentist was great and informative with my husband's care.
