Visited here for a dental emergency late last year. No one else could take me. With 3 locations Villanova is very flexible and I was seen within a couple hours. I walked in felt like it was a hotel spa, and I was treated with care and sympathy by everyone. So far I’ve met quite a few people and been to other locations which were all great and I really love this dental office on hazeldean in particular. The people make all the difference and you can tell they want to always do their best work.

Had my regular dental checkup and cleaning yesterday at Villanova on Hazeldean Road. Laurie, my hygienist, greeted me almost immediately on arrival... and did so with a warm smile and welcoming tone. Once in the chair she was engaging and made my appointment a smooth and relaxing checkup. She was efficient, effective, encouraging and a consummate professional... a true credit to the clinic staff.

I have visited Villanova Dental numerous times and have always had excellent experiences from start to finish. The front desk staff are friendly and professional. They were incredibly efficient in handling my paperwork and ensuring my appointment started on time. The cleanliness of the facility is immaculate. I got Invisalign here in 2020. I had wires put on my top and bottom teeth to help keep them straight after. I was told these wires were permanent. Well if it wasn’t less than a year later both top and bottom wires fell off at different times and I had to go back and get them “fixed”. Fast forward to last year my top one fell off while I was away at school in North Bay and I had to get my professor to take me to a lab to get it cut out as it was sticking out of my mouth. I got my braces/invisalign done here, and I am extremely disappointed with the results. The treatment lasted 5 years (started in grade 7, and ended in grade 12). When they told me my treatment was finished, I expressed that I was not able to close my mouth properly. When I tried closing my mouth, my top and bottom front teeth would touch, but not my back teeth. The dentist told me that the back teeth would fall eventually and the problem would resolve itself.
