I got my wisdom tooth removed here and had such a great experience! The team was super professional, friendly, and very efficient. What I really liked was how responsive they were — every time I had a question or needed to confirm something, they replied so quickly and followed up right away. Over the years, I've had on and off dental care after experiencing problems with improper billing or painful appointments in the dentist's and/or hygienist's chair. Howver, I was so happy to have Beth take such great care in making my experience pain free but thorough. She is the best dental hygienist I've ever had and I had no hesitation in booking the next appointment. All the employees were friendly and kind and the office was pristine, open and calming to the senses ...helpful to rattled patients like me.
Very friendly staff, both the receptionist and my dental hygenist. My teeth felt very clean afterwards, no discomfort during the procedure and my hygienist made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The new renovations look great!
I found the staff very professional, and it is a great environment, pleasant office and dental area. Latest equipment and caring staff. They tell you what you need to know about your dental health, not just what you want to hear. This makes them trustworthy.
We are new “patients” of the Villanova (Stittsville office) and the staff are so professional and the service was amazing. We had a dental emergency that was fast and efficient. If you don’t have a dental plan - and you are paying for every dentist appointment - Vill nova has their own plan and offers a lot of perks that would cost you a small fortune if you are paying out-of-pocket! I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a dentist.
