I was a new patient and the dentist was more then professional and his assistant was the top, they made me feel relaxed and safe under there work. I'm from outta town and missed 1st for having bad flu and I explained and ironically was in hospital for 2cd appt and I specifically told the nurse who took my call and was kind and professional, but today I went and tried to make appt but the nurse with brown hair was seemed ignorant with me the 2cd time .as she told me I missed 2 times and said they were going to charge me more ... read more
The staff is always kind and helpful always happy to see you. I have never had to wait more than five minutes for my appointments. The office is clean and well taken care of. When ever I have any questions or concerns the staff always has the answers. They always go above and beyond to make you feel safe and comfortable in a positive way. I will always come here for all my dental needs.
I went in as a New Patient just hoping for a little pain relief from a Wisdom Tooth that was coming in and causing severe discomfort - the receptionists were extremely friendly and welcoming and made me feel so comfortable, the Dentist assistant was so friendly, comforting, goofy and awesome, and once the Dentist saw me he was very compassionate and showed just as much concern as I had and surprisingly was able to give me the solution I could have only hoped for and offered to pull it on the spot as he wanted me out of disco... read more
Both the doctor and the nurses were very skilled and I received perfect treatment. All the staff including the doctor were very kind and I felt comfortable and happy. I am grateful to everyone in the hospital.
If I could give no stars I would. I normally do not post things like this but people need to know. I used to come here for years when it was dr hayes until he retired and a new dentist came there. I have never in my life been afraid of the dentist but now I’m scared so bad I refrain from even visiting the dentist until today when I was seen by another clinic that was amazing.
