LOOK AT YOUR BILL! They have over billed me almost every time I’ve come in. I know how long I was in the chair because I paid for parking and set an alarm. I was in and out in almost 45 minutes, how can you charge me for 5 units of cleaning (1 hour and 15 minutes) when I was with the hygienist for close to 45 minutes? I emailed them to point out the mistake, and ask for a credit for the overcharge, and they kept pretending to not understand what I was talking about and spoke in circles. Once a top-rated clinic, W Dental has dramatically fallen in quality since the main dentist retired and new management took over. For context, I used to be a client of W Dental, since 2017. There's no longer any consistency with the hygienists, making each visit a toss-up between a decent or poor cleaning. The new dentist runs late, and there's a troubling lack of continuity in maintaining my patient file. This clinic has unfortunately become one of the least recommended in the city. Had a Zoom whitening session for the first time. It went well, some pain afterwards but I was prepared by the information given prior to the treatment, and my teeth are noticeably whiter! Pleased, would recommend!

Thank you for understanding my needs and communicating with me everything that was happening irt to help assuage any trauma and help build further trust. I used to be afraid to go to the dentist and because of W Dental I now look forward to every appointment.

My most recent visit for a teeth cleaning was my worst experience to date. The hygienist seemed incompetent and fluids were running out of my mouth and her gloves were wet. I also felt like the cleaning was substandard.
