From the time I walked in the door, I was treated very well and made sure I was comfortable. It didn't take long after I presented forms that I printed up from email they sent , I was in the chair for an exploration on the chance of installing some Open pallet upper Bridge Implants and new teeth.. anyhow the Dr. says that so far its a good chance we can have a complete upper fixture in probably a couple months since the teeth have been removed for some time now . 100% so far.
I recently had an appointment at W Dental for teeth scaling. Hygienist Monica did a great job. She was professional, thorough, and made the entire process comfortable and pain-free. Monica's attention to detail and friendly demeanor made my visit a positive one.
I had wonderful experience with Dr. Robert he did my bite bite adjustment and fixed anterior teeth and had consultation with Dr. Singh he explained the treatment plan very well to me. Highly recommended 👍🏻
LOOK AT YOUR BILL! They have over billed me almost every time I’ve come in. I know how long I was in the chair because I paid for parking and set an alarm. I was in and out in almost 45 minutes, how can you charge me for 5 units of cleaning (1 hour and 15 minutes) when I was with the hygienist for close to 45 minutes? I emailed them to point out the mistake, and ask for a credit for the overcharge, and they kept pretending to not understand what I was talking about and spoke in circles. Had a Zoom whitening session for the first time. It went well, some pain afterwards but I was prepared by the information given prior to the treatment, and my teeth are noticeably whiter! Pleased, would recommend!
