Front desk staff are super friendly when you first walk in, and helpful with any insurance questions. Dr. Bajaj is very thorough and honest. Jenna is absolutely outstanding. She makes my perio cleanings so easy, by talking me through what she’s doing, taking her time with freezing, and giving me breaks because of my TMJ. To top it off, she’s just an awesome, genuine person. Makes going actually enjoyable! I highly recommend this clinic!
Dr. Hernandez was able to fit my dad in on short notice and exceeded our expectations. He was in a lot of pain, and Dr. Hernandez took the time to do a thorough exam, clearly explain our options, and even complete the root canal the same day. We’re incredibly grateful for the quick relief and excellent care. We also appreciated that she accepts CDCP insurance and that the cost was much less than expected. Thank you for everything you do!
The service at the Walden dental clinic was great. The clerks, assistants and the surgeon were most professional! We started on time, I was made to feel most relaxed, the care was pain free and the written directions coupled with a discussion were spot on. I highly recommend the expert care I received yesterday. I was also encouraged to follow up if not comfortable.
Dr. Hernandez is exceptionally professional, kind, and thorough in explaining every aspect of care. As someone who isn’t always comfortable with dental procedures, I felt genuinely at ease thanks to her and her assistant. The entire team created a welcoming, warm and reassuring experience. I highly recommend them.
