From the phone call to make an appointment as a new patient, through the reception as I walked in the door for the first time, to the dental staff, all were fantastic. I felt so welcomed and so well taken care of re: treatment; (such a mouthful of beautifully clean teeth I have now,)I felt that everyone was truly interested in me as an individual, not a walking dollar sign. Thank you, Dr. Craib for fixing my broken tooth so quickly and it looks so good!!
I came to Warmland after having a bad experience at another dentist office & I am very happy that I found them. Lizelle is very knowledgeable, explains everything & makes it very relaxing even when the procedure is a wisdom tooth extraction. All the staff including the receptionists are all very friendly & quick to respond. I highly recommend them & they were able to get me in very quickly when needed.
Dr. Tom R, is fantastic. Very friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. All the staff are lovely as well. Office space has a very warm and friendly feel, with nice state of the art Equipment. Thanks for being open here in the cowichan valley
Great overall experience!! Oral health is the name of the game at Warmland! Very friendly and professional staff, who took the time to ease this dentaphobics fears, as I was having a wisdom tooth extracted. The Dentist and her team took the time to explain everything clearly and made the visit comfortable, and the extraction went smoothly! Really!😊
I enjoy going to the dentist at Warmland Dental. Seriously. Tom and his staff are absolutely phenomenal, EVERYTIME. 100% recommend them to anyone. Don’t put off dental care. Call Warmland, they will take care of you!
