Very disappointing experience at Warmstone Family Dentistry yesterday. My appointment was scheduled for 6:00 PM, and by 6:20 PM I still hadn’t been called in. When I asked, I was told they were just beginning to set up. I had arranged to pick up my daughter shortly after 6:30 because I had been told the appointment would only take 15–20 minutes.
