The dentist was thorough in her accessment of the dental situation. She informed me of the next course of action in user friendly terms. 5 star for that. The appointment ran late, however the dentist was quick and sincere by apologizing at least 3 times for the tardiness. I appreciate the politeness. Stuff happens, the wait was within reason 30 min, so again, a 5 star.
I had a fantastic experience at this dental clinic. The staff were exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout my entire visit. I was able to book an emergency appointment within 24 hours, and they promptly handled both the diagnosis and the necessary dental repairs during the same visit. I highly recommend this clinic — truly the best in town!
I'm obsessed with Water Street dental. Dr Weatherbee is the kindest, most non judgmental, supportive dentist I've ever had. I hated going until I met him and his team. They are truly fantastic, efficient as hell and genuinely lovely humans who are excellent at their work. Getting a new smile at 34 and not even scared 😂
Had a great experience getting some old fillings replaced recently. Dr. Grewal and her team were very quick, gentle and explained everything as I was quite nervous. All went super smooth and only about an hour!
Excellent service! As always, very prompt attention when contacted with an issue. As a patient, it is greatly appreciated to be heard and quickly provided with a solution that resolves the concern.
