Staff at the front desk are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and pleasant to interact with from the time you enter until you leave. The Dentist Dr Grewal is exceptional to have, she answers all questions and explains the procedure that needs to be done and any options available. My dental visit was wonderful as usual. Been with them for 15+ years for good reason. They have a wonderful team of staff that are always very friendly and knowledgeable and provide excellent service. Always prompt on appointment times. Very easy going and always reliable. Their appointment system and notifications are top notch and always help to remind me of the upcoming appointment which helps as I am getting older :) and can sometimes forget. Wonderful team!
I love the feeling of freshly cleaned teeth and my hygienist was the best! 😊 Just enough small talk that passed the time and she was checking in to make sure I was okay and comfortable! 😊
Going to the dentist is usually not looked upon as a pleasant experience but I have always had a great experience at Water Street Dental. Polite and informative reception and accounts. Pleasant, caring, and professional dental assistants and hygienists. Dr Weatherbie is the best dentist I have ever seen. He explains the options and procedures clearly. Great experience, Jordan was calm and careful doing my cleaning which in the past with others sometimes was a little stressful experience for me. Dr MacLean always excellent and considerate of her patients.Front staff always friendly and helpful. Thank you!
