My dental visit was wonderful as usual. Been with them for 15+ years for good reason. They have a wonderful team of staff that are always very friendly and knowledgeable and provide excellent service. Always prompt on appointment times. Very easy going and always reliable. Their appointment system and notifications are top notch and always help to remind me of the upcoming appointment which helps as I am getting older :) and can sometimes forget. Wonderful team!
Going to the dentist is usually not looked upon as a pleasant experience but I have always had a great experience at Water Street Dental. Polite and informative reception and accounts. Pleasant, caring, and professional dental assistants and hygienists. Dr Weatherbie is the best dentist I have ever seen. He explains the options and procedures clearly. I have been going to this dentist since I was a teenager and now my family and I still go there. I am usually happy, but this visit was the third time we have been there with an appointment that resulted in no treatment. This time my daughter lost a molar that will need a spacer- I did relay this information over the phone and it was booked to have her come in to be fitted for a spacer. Always an amazing experience at Dr Weatherbie’s office at Water St Dental. The expertise & genuine care of Mike & his team leaves my family worry-free even during the most challenging procedures.
