Dr Weatherbie and his dental assistant Cathy made the experience as good as it gets when I attended my most recent dental appointment. From start to finish: I received a warm welcome at reception and was asked to complete an update of information. The practice takes it upon themselves to ensure patient information is current. Everyone is punctual and there isn't any wait time. The office is meticulously clean, as well as the dental cubicles. I was there for a regular cleaning and a check up with xrays. Dr. Robin MacLean (no relation) and her assistant, were wonderful. I had a fairly intrecet filling replacement and partial tooth rebuild. They were efficient, friendly, and thorough.....and absolutely no pain at all!
Jordan is the best hygienist I’ve ever had - very gentle. Dr. MacLean is my dentist, and she is the best. All the ladies at the front desk are very welcoming and attentive - you just feel comfortable when you’re there!
The dentist was thorough in her accessment of the dental situation. She informed me of the next course of action in user friendly terms. 5 star for that. The appointment ran late, however the dentist was quick and sincere by apologizing at least 3 times for the tardiness. I appreciate the politeness. Stuff happens, the wait was within reason 30 min, so again, a 5 star.
Was able to get into my appointment early which is great. Joselyn (hygienist) was very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr.Robin MacLean is very approachable and answered all my questions. Always a pleasant experience
