It did take a few months before being accepted as a patient at this dental clinic. The front staff were very nice and looked at all the cancelled appointments to fit me in for a cleaning. The hygienist was very sweet who did my ex rays. The dentist was very kind and knowledgeable.

New patient …. Office is very efficient and friendly. Very roomy waiting room and lots of parking. Went for first cleaning by Kathy….who worked gently but efficiently on my troublesome teeth. Really noticed and felt the difference ! Really !! Highly recommend this office.

Great service. I was able to get an appointment within 24 hrs of calling, the dentist was and always is, very thorough, listened to my concern and was able to fix my concern and had the time to do fillings for me as well that was not part of my original visit. Pain free injection, and I love that she explains what's happening next.

I have been coming to water street dental my entire life. Recently, Afton has been my hygienist. She is so knowledgeable and always willing to share information about my oral health and how it is affected by personal habits. She is personable and easy to talk to, and always makes me feel comfortable throughout what can sometimes be a (very) uncomfortable appointment. It is easy to tell She loves her job and cares about her clients and I consider myself very lucky to be one of them.

They send out emails and text messages to remind you of your appointment date and time. Their waiting area and facilities are super clean and inviting. I always try to arrive early and sometimes, like my last visit, I was in and out before my appointment time. A very efficient organization.
