I have had a great experience every time I visit Waterloo Park Dental. From the moment you walk in, the staff greet you with warmth and professionalism. Joanna at the front desk is friendly, organized, and always finds a way to help with scheduling. Dr. Hala Kazbar is both skilled and caring. I had my first visit to this clinic and was very impressed! The clinic is clean and welcoming. Anushka was amazing, very kind and thorough in explaining everything I need to do for my teeth. I had a very good experience with Dr. Moon. The treatment was careful, and the cost was reasonable. It was actually better than the root canal treatments I had in Korea. From booking the appointment to talking by email, the replies were fast and clear. The cost estimate was also easy to understand. As a foreigner, I felt more comfortable and less worried about going to the dentist in Canada. I appreciate the experience. If you are new to Canada or not confident with English, this is a great place to go.
