Finally found a good dentist in Nanaimo and easily the best dental clinic I’ve been to. From the moment I walked in, everyone was absolutely lovely and welcoming. The front desk was kind and organized, and the whole team made me feel comfortable (which is saying a lot when you’re not exactly excited to be at the dentist). I am one of those sexagenerians still afraid of getting needles at the dentist. I had a filling done by Dr. Trudeau, assisted by Jocelyn. I have to say this is 💯 the best experience I've ever had with dental staff. Dr. Trudeau was so gentle, talked me through everything he was doing, encouraging me that I was doing well. Had a great experience at wellington dental staff is professional and friendly. Dr. Nikita did excellent job she was gentle and caring made me comfortable during my visit provided excellent care. Highly recommended!!
I phoned with a gum issue that was painful, they got me in that day. Not with my regular dentist, but another very compassionate dentist. Very gentle and friendly. Fixed the issue as well as they could. I would highly recommend these office, all the dentists and staff seem very professional and good at their job.
Dr. Oleg here is my dentist and is very professional, efficient and caring. My kids see Dr Trudeau who is also great with them. My usual dental hygienist, Jessica, is very knowledgeable, kind and nonjudgmental . The other hygienists, dental assistants and front desk staff have also been nothing but lovely.
