Had a great experience at wellington dental staff is professional and friendly. Dr. Nikita did excellent job she was gentle and caring made me comfortable during my visit provided excellent care. Highly recommended!!

My appointment was excellent. The clinic had a rough start in the beginning for good reason. The patients had no idea what happened! After having the same dentist for many years he was gone! No notice, nothing. Everything was stripped away leaving bare walls and shock when I unfamiliar dentist just appeared without so much as an introduction. Finally found a good dentist in Nanaimo and easily the best dental clinic I’ve been to. From the moment I walked in, everyone was absolutely lovely and welcoming. The front desk was kind and organized, and the whole team made me feel comfortable (which is saying a lot when you’re not exactly excited to be at the dentist). I am one of those sexagenerians still afraid of getting needles at the dentist. I had a filling done by Dr. Trudeau, assisted by Jocelyn. I have to say this is 💯 the best experience I've ever had with dental staff. Dr. Trudeau was so gentle, talked me through everything he was doing, encouraging me that I was doing well. Jocelyn was bang on with handing the Dr every tool needed without him asking. They were a great team! Jocelyn also helped me through the needle injection simply by resting her hand on my shoulder. My hygiene appointment went really well, and was quite punctual. Both the hygienist and my dentist (D. Trudeau) were professional yet friendly, very considerate, gentle, thorough, and explained things clearly. The overall environment was clean,quiet,calm, and pleasant. 4 stars instead of 5 as I had to look up insurance coverage myself.(At my previous dentists' office, they would let me know.)
