Finally found a good dentist in Nanaimo and easily the best dental clinic I’ve been to. From the moment I walked in, everyone was absolutely lovely and welcoming. The front desk was kind and organized, and the whole team made me feel comfortable (which is saying a lot when you’re not exactly excited to be at the dentist). My appointment was excellent. The clinic had a rough start in the beginning for good reason. The patients had no idea what happened! After having the same dentist for many years he was gone! No notice, nothing. Everything was stripped away leaving bare walls and shock when I unfamiliar dentist just appeared without so much as an introduction. Receptionist was so polite and informed me of my coverages on my plan to be sure I was updated.. Seth my hygienist goes out of his way with his professional work .. he advises and explains and guide you so you are comfortable and understanding on how to carry on with your hygiene in caring for your teeth.. he does a extraordinary treatment in cleaning and I am comfortable throughout the Time in the chair.. dr. Trudeau is excellent in all my dental work and repairs.. his craftsmanship with teeth repair is amazing
Dr. Trudeau was wonderful. I had some gum issues and no insurance so he did what he could to help me out. When I came back fir my cleaning the hygienist was also great (can’t remember his name). Highly recommend.
Dr. Oleg here is my dentist and is very professional, efficient and caring. My kids see Dr Trudeau who is also great with them. My usual dental hygienist, Jessica, is very knowledgeable, kind and nonjudgmental . The other hygienists, dental assistants and front desk staff have also been nothing but lovely.
