Unfortunately transferred out after today. The receptionist needs to learn better customer service skills., and how to speak to people. Unfortunately after ten years of being a loyal customer, I have moved on to another dental office in town. I appreciate all of the hygienists and the dentist who have always treated me with respect.
Great service, all around friendly, smiling staff! I was not a patient, but they were kind enough to take me as a walk in client in there Deep River location. I was in and out in about an hour for a cavity and filling on a cracked molar. They also billed my insurance directly. There is another dentist in town, when I visited them, they would not consider fixing my tooth without a new patient exam. Wellspring took me as a walk in and that's where I'll be doing business from now on.
I had my first appointment with WellSpring dental in Deep River yesterday and was very pleased with the appointment. To begin with they helped me secure an appointment after there was a cancellation from another client. This was great as I had a very old filling fall out. The reception desk was pleasant and easy to deal with, and after the procedure was done took time to explain the bill. ( My first under the CDCP plan) . Most friendly, efficient and professional dental service. Cassie is so warm, kind and does a fabulous job cleaning my teeth. A real pleasure to have as my hygienist. Thank you Wellspring! So happy to be in your capable hands!
My appointments with Wellspring (Deep River) have been very positive. Everyone is very friendly and up beat. Procedures have been explained and questions answered. I would recommend them to anyone, even those who are nervous about dentistry.
