This was my first visit to a dentist in over 25 years because of a terrible experience. They were kind, caring and very professional from start to finish. They talked me through each step with patience and understanding of my fears. The dentist himself was a very gentle, kind man that instilled a feeling of being listened to and acknowledged my fears and concerns. The hygienist and the dentist was phenomenal, professional, polite and made me feel comfortable. The secretary on the other hand was very rude, inappropriate and not very good at her job needs work on her manner skills
Excellent! I chipped a molar 2 days before the long weekend, and called around to try to find a dentist who could fix it for me. I'm new to the area, and was looking for a dentist anyways. When I called Wellspring, they said they had no openings until July!! Yikes!! It was the same everywhere so I accepted and they put me on a waitlist. Kabeer Karzai explains the process in clear terms and addresses concerns. I consider him an artist because of his attention to detail. Ultimately my issue includes being happy with the visual, as well and I feel I am in good hands!
The staff were able to get me in for a cancellation. I liked the way the dentist explains every set. The dentist was also as gentle as it could be. I would recommend this dental office
