This was my first visit. I was able to get an appointment quickly for a diagnosis of my broken tooth. I was very happy to find out that the repair could be done right away. Although it was a lengthy repair, the work done was painless and the resulting charges were mostly covered under the CDCP plan. I am very happy with the result and will be visiting Wellspring in the future for any dental work I need done. Thank you.
Unfortunately transferred out after today. The receptionist needs to learn better customer service skills., and how to speak to people. Unfortunately after ten years of being a loyal customer, I have moved on to another dental office in town. I appreciate all of the hygienists and the dentist who have always treated me with respect.
Great service, all around friendly, smiling staff! I was not a patient, but they were kind enough to take me as a walk in client in there Deep River location. I was in and out in about an hour for a cavity and filling on a cracked molar. They also billed my insurance directly. There is another dentist in town, when I visited them, they would not consider fixing my tooth without a new patient exam. Wellspring took me as a walk in and that's where I'll be doing business from now on.
Most friendly, efficient and professional dental service. Cassie is so warm, kind and does a fabulous job cleaning my teeth. A real pleasure to have as my hygienist. Thank you Wellspring! So happy to be in your capable hands!
