I was able to be seen, same day thanks to a "no show". Thanks to Vicky! My immediate issue was addressed and a plan is in place for resolution. I really like the new guy...he explained my options very well and I didn't feel rushed or that my questions were dumb. Very important that I felt at ease!
This was my first visit to a dentist in over 25 years because of a terrible experience. They were kind, caring and very professional from start to finish. They talked me through each step with patience and understanding of my fears. The dentist himself was a very gentle, kind man that instilled a feeling of being listened to and acknowledged my fears and concerns. Excellent! I chipped a molar 2 days before the long weekend, and called around to try to find a dentist who could fix it for me. I'm new to the area, and was looking for a dentist anyways. When I called Wellspring, they said they had no openings until July!! Yikes!! It was the same everywhere so I accepted and they put me on a waitlist. The staff were able to get me in for a cancellation. I liked the way the dentist explains every set. The dentist was also as gentle as it could be. I would recommend this dental office
