My elderly mother recently moved to Pembroke and therefore needed a new dentist. We found the staff here very friendly and helpful ; we had excellent service and care. The dentist was thorough in his exam and did not push any unnecessary work for Mom. We both were happy with the visit and will return for future care.

Such a great clinic. Dr.Thakkar is very kind, and goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. He explains concepts and ensures you understand them, so that you are educated. The staff are very kind and are always looking for a way to ensure that you are comfortable. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering.
I am terrified of the dentist as in haven't gone in years because I start crying thinking of it. Wellspring has changed all of that. Absolutely everyone there is so kind, patient, friendly, understanding and encouraging. The receptionists are amazing, the dentists I saw were so kind and took time explaining things so I understood, and the hygienists I have had made me immediately feel comfortable.
