Everyone was so attentive to my current needs, especially after just experiencing a mini-stroke. I was given thoughtful appropriate care. And then a follow-up phone call the following day to know that I was ok and all was well. Very professional, very caring.
I found both my dentist and hygienist to be great. Dr. Parnit did excellent work and my hygienist was also fantasic. Turns out I've been flossing incorrectly for decades and she showed me the proper way to floss. Just ask if you have questions, they're happy to explain things. The office was able to squeeze me in as I had some time crunch issues and they were always kind and very easy to get along with.
Very happy with my experience with this dental office. I especially love how the new dentist doesn't wear heavy cologne or perfume! The previous dentist did and it made it hard to breathe through your nose when your mouth is less of an option.
Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Felipe was extremely disappointing. The interaction felt unprofessional and lacking basic courtesy. I would not recommend this dental office, particularly under this provider.
I’ve been petrified of dentists my whole life! Leaving dental offices in the past I’ve had to sit in my car for at least 20 minutes, shaking. I go to this clinic because they understand & make me super comfortable. Small chatter helps take your mind away from what’s being done. This trip I had a filling with no freezing!! Amazing for me! Never disappointed in my time spent there! Best dentists ever!! And for many years here in Parksville.
