I found both my dentist and hygienist to be great. Dr. Parnit did excellent work and my hygienist was also fantasic. Turns out I've been flossing incorrectly for decades and she showed me the proper way to floss. Just ask if you have questions, they're happy to explain things. The office was able to squeeze me in as I had some time crunch issues and they were always kind and very easy to get along with.
I’ve been petrified of dentists my whole life! Leaving dental offices in the past I’ve had to sit in my car for at least 20 minutes, shaking. I go to this clinic because they understand & make me super comfortable. Small chatter helps take your mind away from what’s being done. This trip I had a filling with no freezing!! Amazing for me! Never disappointed in my time spent there! Best dentists ever!! And for many years here in Parksville.
Bobby was fantastic. She was courteous and very professional. The process took a lot less time than I had anticipated. Thank you for a great service.
The staff were friendly and welcoming as soon as I came through the door. I felt very comfortable and at ease with the dentist and assistant. The dentist was super upbeat and thorough. He explained things clearly and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend this practice to anyone, particularly those that are nervous going to the dentist.
I was grateful that they were able to see me on short notice. I enjoyed interacting with the dentist and dental assistant. The intake assistant at the front desk seemed some what cold. Possibly she isn't that way with regular patients, that aside I would recommend this dental practice to friends that come from Victoria to spend time here.
