I've really liked dealing with this business, they've been super professional and go all out to make sure I'm happy/comfortable. The secretaries do an amazing job and are very nice to deal with, both doctors are also both amazing. I don't give 5 star reviews very often ;but it's well deserved.
Caring, kind, knowledgeable, offers very personalized service. Never rushed. Office is extremely well maintained. Staff are welcoming and considerate of individual needs. I highly recommend Wembley Dental, they will not disappoint.
I was very fortunate to make an emergency appointment at short notice while visiting Parksville. The staff were very proactive in communication and securing an appointment quickly to address my dental emergency. The staff are friendly to make everyone welcome and very professional. I had mixed feelings about my experience here. The dentist and hygienist were both very kind and professional, and I appreciated the care they provided during my visit. However, my interaction with some of the front desk staff left a really negative impression. I originally came in to have my permanent retainer wire fixed, but it popped out again shortly after. My dentist makes me feel very comfortable and safe in her hands. Assistants very nice and the whole experience is the best it can be. I am a nervous patient but they make me feel almost calm.
