Well. let me tell you how happy I am to be a patient of Dr. Felipe and the team at Wembley Dental. I am thrilled. In my first several visits I have come to see how everyone here is kind and professional. The front staff, dental assistants and hygiene staff all feel like neighbours, not afraid to have a laugh either. I feel lucky that Dr. Felipe is adding patients and that I have someone willing to be straightforward, practical and compassionate. I trust them all.
Filipe made me feel comfortable and relaxed with his charming and friendly manner. I hardly felt the injection and the whole procedure was quick and pain-free. Both he and Veronica made it as pleasant an experience as a dentist appointment could be!
I was very impressed with the thoroughness demonstrated by my dentist after my cleaning. He took great care to look at my whole mouth, and caught something way at the back of my throat that requires looking into further. I am so thankful!
Friendly and highly professional staff. Patient care and comfort are top priorities. The reception area is beautiful and calming. The dentist carefully explains what needs to be done and patiently answers any questions or concerns.
Excellent care by Karen, including suggestions to improve self care - Sulca brush - something I was unaware of. Equally excellent check-up by Dr. Wilson! Keep up the good work. Nicole the new lady on reception also gets high marks.
