I’d been having a concern after a dental procedure and, as I was in the area of the dental office, popped in to explain my problem and to make an appointment. The lovely girl in reception said she would get me seen straight away! I saw Dr. Rael Katz and his assistant Tulip and they were incredible. Can’t thank you guys enough. From the second I walked thru the door everyone was awesome . I appreciated the patience and listening, but more so being very thorough with explaining options, procedures always with my best interest in mind. I now fully understand what it means to receive top quality patient care I look forward to my next visit and being a dentist office that’s saying a lot. From the front desk back. The team at Wentworth Family Dental are all very professional and thorough. They explain everything on what to expect and are always willing to answer any questions. Customer service is great especially Feven, who is very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable! Would highly recommend this clinic.
First time at Wentworth Family Dental and it was great. Staff were all friendly and professional and made the visit much better. I have sensitive teeth and really sunny enjoy a dental visit but Mathew took great care during the cleaning and made the experience better than expected.
Excellent Customer service. Gentle, no anxiety Cleaning. grateful to have found Le Family dental. The staff are wonderful.
