The experience with this dental family was great! When I first got there they treated me with so much kindness and took care of me. The staff were friendly and professional and they all made me feel fully comfortable. From the moment I arrived, the front desk team greeted me warmly and set a positive tone for my visit. The dental hygienist, Terry, was exceptional—gentle, thorough, and very attentive to my comfort. He explained every step of the treatment, which significantly helped with my dental anxiety and made the whole experience much easier. I am very impressed with the quality of care and professionalism at this clinic. I would absolutely recommend it to my family and friends.
It was my mother’s first time getting her cleaning, and the team made the experience wonderful! The front desk, Feven and Simran, were welcoming and super helpful, and hygienist Terry was gentle, thorough, and made my mom feel completely comfortable. They really went above and beyond to make her first visit a great one, highly recommend!
I’d been having a concern after a dental procedure and, as I was in the area of the dental office, popped in to explain my problem and to make an appointment. The lovely girl in reception said she would get me seen straight away! I saw Dr. Rael Katz and his assistant Tulip and they were incredible. I’m incredibly disappointed. I have not written a review in my life and have been a patient of wentworth dental for almost ten years. The past 6 months have been a nightmare to get into. We weren’t able to get into our usual dental hygienist. He then informed me that he had 35 people ahead of us. We expressed our unhappiness with the situation and they are now happy to switch our records elsewhere. Super disappointing wentworth dental.
