Dr. Katz was very attentive and knowledgeable. He provided excellent insights regarding some dental work I may need on one of my teeth. The hygienist, Surien, also did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and offering helpful tips on how to better use floss sticks. Rahul was also extremely patient while taking my x-rays and took the time to clearly explain the process to me, which I really appreciated. It was my mother’s first time getting her cleaning, and the team made the experience wonderful! The front desk, Feven and Simran, were welcoming and super helpful, and hygienist Terry was gentle, thorough, and made my mom feel completely comfortable. They really went above and beyond to make her first visit a great one, highly recommend!
Last year, I booked a dental cleaning appointment specifically with a particular hygienist and made it very clear that I wanted to see that person. Before my appointment, I received numerous phone calls, text messages, and emails confirming the appointment, yet no one informed me that the hygienist I had requested would not be available. The experience with this dental family was great! When I first got there they treated me with so much kindness and took care of me. The staff were friendly and professional and they all made me feel fully comfortable. From the moment I arrived, the front desk team greeted me warmly and set a positive tone for my visit. The dental hygienist, Terry, was exceptional—gentle, thorough, and very attentive to my comfort. He explained every step of the treatment, which significantly helped with my dental anxiety and made the whole experience much easier.
