I went to have my teeth cleaned today by Veronica, and she was wonderful. My teeth are feeling a whole lot better now. I am looking forward to my next appointment in July. Thank you Veronica for looking after me so well.
They do not create treatment plans. They will not give a list of options and are unaware of the coverage AISH patients carry. They want you to fill out a form full of questions but then don’t acknowledge the answers. Compassion is strongly lacking. If you have Dental Anxiety go elsewhere. Please research before they charge for a consult and you only get coverage for 1 consult every 2 years. Don’t waste your time, benefits and spoons if you have disabilities. One extra star as the assistant tried to have compassion.
I absolutely LOVE Dr Albert! I've known him for 20 years and he is the hardest working man, by what I have observed, at this clinic. I feel safe knowing he and his techs have me in there care. However, Irene was really rude during surgery and after. She also showed up late which I did not appreciate.
Dr. Albert is an awesome dentist. Very professional and friendly. Always takes extra time to get things perfect. I've had an implant and a crown done. Both fantastic. I'd highly recommend West central dental, and of course Dr. Albert.
I've seen both Doctors now and they are both exceptional! Very good at keeping you comfortably numb during certain procedures. The reception and dental hygienists' are very professional as well.
