Dr Chong and the incredibly efficient and kind staff at West Central Dental are amazing. I am thoroughly impressed with the efficiency on the time booked with little waiting and the quality of work is by far the best. My teeth and smile have never looked better. Thank you. First cleaning with Veronica & she was fantastic! Very gentle yet thorough and efficient. Have been seeing Dr. Chong for many many years and he’s always fantastic!
The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly while attending the call and booking the appointment. She was very good in time management. The nurse was phenomenal in her job and explaing the situation. The dentist was very helpful and knowledgeable. Guided me to take the necessary and proper action. And the best thing they accept CDCP.
Dr. always on time or early. Dental hygienist and assistants are friendly and feel welcome. Office space is spacious. Parking is free with no problem of finding one. Both Dr. Michael Chong and hygienist Lisa are very gentle at their work.
