Please don't get them mixed up with the deceiving clinic on the other side of the mall. West Coast Dental's prices are honest and legit. At least they don't force x-rays or unnecessary procedures on you. Receptionist Jenny is patience, polite and informative. Hygienist Alison did a nice job with cleaning and Dr. Peter Tsang was very considerate filling 2 cavities.
I've been coming to this dental office for over 10 years, and their service is always amazing. The front desk staff gave me such a warm welcome when I walked in. Peggy and Jenny are super friendly, helpful and explained my insurance clearly so I can get the most out of it. Dentist hygienist are great here. However, the billing process is highway robbery you thought dealerships are bad you haven’t gone to this dental office. I have dental coverage and so does my wife. My hygienist recommended if I could come in 4 times a year rather than 3 times to improve cleaning so I went up to the counter to try to make it 4 times my insurance cover 3 times at 90% and I told them then I’ll pay the 10% and on my last one to use my wife insurance but they say it won’t work. Dr. Keith Chan, excellent dentist, has my full confidence in diagnosing and correcting any dental problems I may have. 100% at ease in his care. Staff support is also excellent.
Kitty, the hygienist, is very thorough and resourceful and has given my wife very good ideas in taking care of her dental issues. Dr Chang is honest and advises that she doesn't require a certain dental procedure but rather train herself to adapt. The admin staff is friendly and professional. We would recommend them.
