Appointment booked a week before. Clinic sent reminder as usual. Receptionist were kind to greet me and my husband. Dr. Henry Chang was so professional and handled my dental issue efficiently. His dental assistant was care enough to carry out the related job and comfort me. All staff there were nice and polite. Clinic environment warm and cosy. I surely will recommend my friends to visit there if they have dental problem.
West Coast Dental where I started using was in Landsdowne Mall and now they also have new office in Paramount where is in good location and convenient for everybody. I have experienced many times of tooth cleaning and the recent one is on Feb. 5,2026. They always have done a good job and I feel relaxed and no pain at all compared with others. The best dental office ever! I’ve been coming to West Coast Dental since I was young to see Dr Keith Chan and I could not imagine going anywhere else! The dentists, hygienists and staff are very friendly, professional, skillful and accommodating. This new location is spacious and nice!
The actual dentist was fine, but the dental hygienist during my cleaning was very rough and inattentive. She hooked the vacuum tool in my mouth so she could use other tools with both hands, and it blew cold air straight down my throat. I tried to continue, but it was making me feel sick, so I took the tool out and told her. She told me I could just hold it myself, so I ended up holding the tool for about 10 minutes, which felt incredibly unprofessional.
