I was a patient at WGDC for several years before moving, and Dr. Eom provided the best dental care I’ve ever received. I felt completely confident that he was making decisions centered on my well-being, rather than trying to max out my insurance like other dentists have done in the past. I’ve referred many friends and family members here and will continue to do so!
I found Dr. Ryan Eom through a Reddit post, and I’m really glad I did. He’s incredibly kind, professional, and made me feel at ease right away. My first visit was a consultation, where he explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. On my second visit, I had all four of my wisdom teeth extracted, and the experience was way better than I expected. I had minimal swelling and only minor discomfort after the surgery. Great clinic! The staff were super responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the way the dentist and hygienist practice their craft: practical and non-judgemental. As someone who hates going to the dentist, I felt very comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend!
I tried to communicate to be gentle but got ignored a few times. Came back because doctor works on my extraction was amazing but cleaning lady need to work on her attitude and listen to client concerns, especially she poke in my gum many times and I said pain a few times she ignored me completely. I went cleaning a few times at other clinic I had no issues. This time is my worst visit for dental cleaning.
I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Eom. He is truly the best dentist I’ve ever come across in Vancouver. I went in for a wisdom tooth extraction and was amazed by how smooth and painless the entire process was.
