10/10, I could not recommend this place enough! Everyone who works here is so lovely and nice and the stress and fear about going to the dentist that I've always experienced is completely gone. The environment is very welcoming and from the moment I walk in the door every time, I am greeted with kindness. They are able to put me at ease not only with the reception part, but also with the overall dentist experience, and my cleanings have never felt so relaxing and pain-free!
The front desk staff was warm and welcoming, setting the tone for the rest of my visit. The dentist, i forget her name but she was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly gentle. She explained every step of my treatment, making sure I felt comfortable and informed. Hannah was equally outstanding.My cleaning was the best cleaning i have had she made me feel comfortable did a great job and was gentle. she also offered great tips for keeping my teeth and gums healthy.
Had the most wonderful experience at West Lake Dental. The staff were amazing so polite and helpful extremely thorough and overall made me feel welcome. My hygienist Natalie did an amazing job with my cleaning. She made sure that I Was comfortable Has she explained everything she was doing And ensured that my experience was pleasant.
