New to the area, a search for a local dentist brought me to West Lake Dental. I have had a life long fear of dentists but their website and videos by Dr Mike gave me a level of comfort I have never felt with any other dentist. When I went to my first appointment, I knew I was in good hands. I was warmly welcomed by the friendly receptionists. The hygienist was personable, professional and informative. New to the area, West Lake Dental popped up on my Google search for best dentist in Innisfil. Wow. Did I hit the dental jackpot. I have been afraid of dentists all my life and even walking in to a dental office would cause high anxiety. Those days are gone! The entire team is friendly, professional and helpful. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with warmth and kindness. The front desk staff made me feel comfortable right away, and every step of the visit was seamless. Hannah, my hygienist, has absolute angel hands—gentle, thorough, and incredibly skilled. I’ve never had a cleaning feel so easy and pain-free. 10/10, I could not recommend this place enough! Everyone who works here is so lovely and nice and the stress and fear about going to the dentist that I've always experienced is completely gone. The environment is very welcoming and from the moment I walk in the door every time, I am greeted with kindness. They are able to put me at ease not only with the reception part, but also with the overall dentist experience, and my cleanings have never felt so relaxing and pain-free!
