I’ve been going here for 2 years now and I don’t think there’s a better group of people than at West lake! Who knew getting a cleaning was somehow relaxing! Today, my dental hygienist, Natalie was great! I didn’t feel a thing, was a pleasure to be around and made my mouth feel cleaner than ever! Highly recommend if you enjoy having peace of mind that you’re taken care of year round!
Who knew getting your teeth scraped could actually be... enjoyable? My dental hygienist, Natalie, is an absolute pro — gentle hands, a great sense of humour, and somehow managed to make a deep cleaning feel more like a spa day for my mouth. My teeth feel squeaky clean, and I left smiling — partly because of how great they looked, and partly because I survived without drooling on myself (too much). Highly recommend if you want your teeth cleaned and your day brightened!
Really great staff and work across the board! It's a professional and relaxed environment where everyone takes the extra steps to ensure you're comfortable in a place most people are nervous about visiting. They're thorough, communicate everything they're doing, and always check in to make sure you're doing okay during the procedure. It's nice to have energetic staff that enjoy their workplace and are genuinely happy to see their clients. Not many dental offices bother to build that rapport and make you feel at home.
Shoutout to the staff and doctors here!! They go an extra way to make the client feel comfortable. Had my experience here with Dr Mike and Dr Lee, and both did an amazing job. But overall, its the staff, which takes the limelight on being friendly and extremely professional. Specially Amy and Natalie. Kudos to the entire team!! I 100% recommend visiting this clinic and getting your smiles fixed :)
I have had 2 cleaning visits with Natalie plus laser treatment and she (and the laser) are amazing. I immediately added my son and husband as patients after I first met her and felt how much she cared. She vibes with my entire family now, they equally love her, and I trust her with my son’s care, which says A LOT! Thank you for helping me bring my smile back when it comes to dental care!
