Such a great experience at West Mall Dental Group. It was our first time and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. My 4 year old son has his teeth cleaned by Ashley and she did such an amazing job- she was so great with him. I had my appointment right after with Ashley and she did an amazing job. Highly recommended!
My research led me to Dr. Mann. First visit started in time as per booking; nice and professional dental assistant. The doctor assessed my dental needs, offered me a choice of solution, all without pushing for more work than I requested. Very nice personality, a pleasure to meet him. Looking forward to see what he can do to restore my smile.
I have been going to Dr. Mann for many years. I dare say he and his wonderful staff, who have been with him a while also, know as much about my health and life as my GP. Dr. Mann is caring and his work impeccable. Each individual working at the West Mall Dental Group are the best of the best. My entire family go to the Clinic and are extremely happy also.
I have been going to this dental office and been seeing Dr. man for over 10 years at this point. It is exceptional all around. The dental staff and the front desk are so caring and professional.
I usually rely heavily on Google reviews when choosing a clinic, and while this one had only a few low-star ratings, my personal experience was unfortunately disappointing. I was referred to a specialist whose fees were extremely high and not covered by my insurance. I ended up paying at multiple locations — including the West Mall Clinic and the specialist’s office — without receiving the value I expected.
