My experience with the dentist was good. He was patient, attentive & kind towards my 5yearold. However his black older assistant. Female woman was weird towards my son "she made a comment i did not appreciate. My son had his iPad and she proceeded to say "you should read books instead of playing on a screen". After that, she got pissy when he didnt respond to her. I said "his shy, its his first time at the dentist. Overall, we won't be returning if that woman is still there.
Had a cleaning & polish today with Ashley. Was taken promptly at my appointment time & was very happy with everything. She is very friendly & will discuss any issues & offer solutions. I have booked another appointment with her in around 7 months.
Just finished up my appointment with Dr. Mann at West Mall Dental Group and I can't say enough about the friendly and professional treatment I get every time I visit his office. He's the best dentist and his support staff make up a great support team. We're lucky to have them!.
Such a great experience at West Mall Dental Group. It was our first time and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. My 4 year old son has his teeth cleaned by Ashley and she did such an amazing job- she was so great with him. I had my appointment right after with Ashley and she did an amazing job. Highly recommended!
My research led me to Dr. Mann. First visit started in time as per booking; nice and professional dental assistant. The doctor assessed my dental needs, offered me a choice of solution, all without pushing for more work than I requested. Very nice personality, a pleasure to meet him. Looking forward to see what he can do to restore my smile.
