The staff is always efficient and friendly . They help accommodate my inability to have early appointments, eliminating my stress. Dr. Assad is professional, kind and helpful. He answered the concerns I have with ease. Thoroughly explained each concern I presented him in a very professional manner. Highly recommend
My dental hygienist was excellent. She made me feel welcome and she was very aware of my preferences. Kept me informed throughout my hygiene appointment. I met a new dentist to me and he was professional, kind and informed me of my options for care. I like that!
Fabulous… which sounds odd for a dental appointment review but all staff I had contact with today were so welcoming, friendly and of course knowledgeable. New dentist is great!
Great service provided by all staff. Recently had a check-up and cleaning with Dr. Sam and Sarah R. The check-up was thorough and Dr. Sam was very nice to work with. The cleaning was very well done by Sarah. I'm also finishing up a program of invisalign with Dr. Faisal who has been very easy to work with and attentive to my needs.
I was very anxious about my dental appointment. Dr Faisal Assad reassured me. He explained my assessment and dental plan in detail so that I knew what to expect. He also made sure that my procedure was pain free. I highly recommend Dr Assad and West Market Dental.
