The team at West Ridge Family Dental are simply the best. In mid-November of 2025, I had a tooth filled at my regular dentist that quickly became a trecherous journey for me as the tooth became infected and required a root canal. My regular dentist was unable to have me in for a root canal until early December - But after days of pain, no sleep, and hospital visits I knew I was unable to wait that long. After driving 45 minutes to my scheduled appointment to get my broken tooth fixed, Which I explained to your staff over the phone which tooth and location of the tooth, You guys decided to confirm with the dentist that, yes in fact you have a broken tooth. Now we have to set up an appointment to get it fixed, and in the process, charge me for this appointment also. Nice try at trying to double dip into my pocket for some extra cash. I saw Dr Collins today. I had a great experience with him and his team. I called they got me in much quicker than I expected. The staff are friendly and welcoming. He took time to go over my history and concerns. I thought I had a cavity. Turns out I have been grinding and clenching my teeth so much for so long I caused my tooth to move changing my bite. This started to cause pain and made me think I had a cavity. He was able to do a quick adjustment for me. What a difference it made!! The pain I had is gone. I feel that Dr.... read more

The treatments here have been excellent! The wait time in the waiting room is sometimes really long. Several times now my appointment time has been changed without any notice or a polite phone call to ask if the change was ok. I did not know which time was the right time and I would go for the earliest one just in case. Please don’t change my appointments without asking .

Excellent service by everyone at this office from front counter staff to all the providers. They would get 5 stars except they are chronically late with appointments. Up to 30 minutes in my experience. I know some days can come off the rails, but I don’t think I have ever been taken in on-time here.
