We started coming here on the advice of family and we are very satisfied with the level of care and expertise of all staff. Each time I come it I leave fully satisfied that my dental health is in excellent hands at Westgate Dental Centre. Highly, highly recommended.
Every one is very friendly and kind. The reception area and rooms are bright and cheerful and convey a high level of professionalism. Equipment is modern. It seems their emphasis is on making patients feel relaxed & comfortable and providing top quality, fundamental dental care. I have been a patient there for 30 years, long after I moved from Maple Ridge. I now travel to Maple Ridge from Port Moody. Big shout out to Brittany!!
The Front Desk team is always friendly and makes paying directly through insurance super easy, even giving estimates and quotes for covered costs vs out of pocket expenses before booking a service. The dental professionals are incredibly sweet, courteous, and communicative. They explain what they are doing at each step and what to expect. From the moment I walked through the front door I felt welcome. The front desk staff will look up insurance coverage vs personal out of pocket costs before you book your next appointment. All of the staff members from the front desk, to the dental assistants, the dental hygienists, and Dr Dillon are personable, cheerful, and genuine. My dental appointments have never been less than a positive experience Dr Dillon is very honest and doesn’t do unnecessary work
Great experience. Booking appointments has always been easy. They send appointment reminders which is helpful. The dentist and hygienists are friendly and skilled. Reception is always super friendly and welcoming. They are also great with kids.
