I am not exactly sure why it has taken me this long to leave Westgate Dental Centre a glowing 5 Star review, but better late than never! I just can't say enough about how fantastic this dental office is, in very large part due to the wonderful staff that work there. So kind, so friendly, and so caring. This is without a doubt the very best dental office I have ever visited, and I highly highly recommend their services. Very well done, and I look forward to my next visit!
I came across Westgate Dental Centre and have been pleasantly surprised at the service received. Receptionists are always pleasant and helpful with my inquiries. I find this a very relaxing environment. The hygienist and dentists are a wealth of information and also answer any inquiries. Turns out l have healthy teeth, but my aggressive brushing and flossing have caused some damage, which is now being repaired. I am now learning how to be more gentle with my teeth. I been again to the clinic yesterday evening, Maria was super nice in clarifying my concerns and took one step more for explaining all I needed to know about my treatment and payments. Feels so welcomed there. They keep calling and messaging frequently to remind about the upcoming appointment, its so nice to be remined on time. Cacy, I spoke to her on phone few times and she was super helpful each time I called in. Google should come up with 10 Star rating option for such amazing hospitality services. The staff at Westgate Dental are extremely nice/pleasant, and also very accommodating with specific requests/needs. Scheduling is always on time. Great place to go if looking someone is looking for a new dental office.
Absolutely love everyone here, always welcoming and thorough in the appointments. I always feel comfortable because I know I’m in very good hands. Would definitely recommend to others who are looking for a new dentist!
