The facilities, the people, and the engagement were all top-notch. I especially enjoyed how people-centered and casual their approach was in interacting with clients - less formalities and more of a friendly bond. Love it! The facilities were excellent, too. Before the operation/cleaning of my teeth began, was given the opportunity to watch anything on Netflix (placed on the ceiling) while the dentist carried on with my dental treatment. Excellent service!
Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The whole space is beautiful and clean. The team is always helpful and makes me feel comfortable durning my teeth cleanings and check ups :) Also, reception staff is kind and helpful. We have been going here for 5 years now! Thank you Westhills Dental!
I hated visiting the dentist before coming to Westhills Dental. The front desk staff are kind and attentive, which I did not experience my previous dentist. The friendliness and quality of work performed by the hygienists is incredible. Dr Russu takes the extra time to explain her procedures and processes to help patients better understand their dental health services. You can tell she cares about her patients and isn't just breezing through appointments. I strongly recommend Westhills Dental!
We had a wonderful experience at Westhills Dental with my 3 year old son. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and made him feel so comfortable during his visit. The hygienist and dentist were amazing—gentle, friendly, and made the whole appointment fun for him. He left smiling and excited to come back to see Mr.Thirsty again! Highly recommend for anyone with young kids.
