I usually go to their sister location on Hillside, but Westhills was able to accommodate a sooner cleaning appointment—and I’m so glad they did. The hygienist (I believe her name was Emily) really made the experience. She was professional, personable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. I especially appreciated that she celebrated her pet's birthdays too! The whole visit was smooth, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this location in the future.
My teenager went on his own to the dentist after school and they treated him amazing. They booked a follow up appointment with him and he has no issues. Everytime either of us go to the dentist, we are treated with kindness and professionalism. They make the space feel very warm and inviting. Very happy with the services and all of the staff are lovely.
I've been going to Westhills Dental for about 1 year now. I moved from Vancouver and before then didn't have a regular dentist due to mine having retired. Being completely honest, I've always had a slight fear of going to the dentist just due to experiencing so much pain and feeling like the dentist and/or hygienist didn't care about my comfort, but Westhills changed that for me immensely. We had a wonderful experience at Westhills Dental with my 3 year old son. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and made him feel so comfortable during his visit. The hygienist and dentist were amazing—gentle, friendly, and made the whole appointment fun for him. He left smiling and excited to come back to see Mr.Thirsty again! Highly recommend for anyone with young kids.
We switched dentists and I am so happy we did. The office is new, clean and bright. The staff are very friendly, kind and polite. My kids and I had Kaylee as our hygienist and for someone who is anxious when it comes to my teeth, Kaylee made me feel so at ease and comfortable during the visit and always told me the next step was going to be.
