My appointment was on time. Greeted when entering the office. The hygienist was very personable. Dr. Fraser and staff made it a very relaxed experience.
I was charged $43 after my daughter's check up and cleaning. Usually Blue Cross covers it all, but not the $43 service. When asked what the $43 was for, we were told it was a charge for advice my daughter was given on the best way to floss and brush (which she knows and her teeth are impeccable). Are dentists getting paid for what they say now, in addition to what they do? All staff, administrative and professional, are very friendly, kind and skilled. I have been going to this clinic for over 30 years and the service and skill is the best it has been!
Was there for a cleaning. My appointment was on time. My hygienist was awesome and friendly. Always appreciate how great all the staff is here at Westmount Dental.
I'm very pleased with the level of professionalism and caring that this clinic always provides. Dr. Fraser is the consummate professional and her staff are always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
