I was on a wait list for a check up and cleaning as I was leaving country for 6 months. They were very accommodating and squeezed me in. Everyone I interacted with was exceptional. This included the dentist, a technician and hygienist! Will be back in six months. Very happy with the way they interacted with me!
I was charged $43 after my daughter's check up and cleaning. Usually Blue Cross covers it all, but not the $43 service. When asked what the $43 was for, we were told it was a charge for advice my daughter was given on the best way to floss and brush (which she knows and her teeth are impeccable). Are dentists getting paid for what they say now, in addition to what they do? Waited for an hour after my appointment time to see anyone. When the dentist did come in, she put her hands in my mouth without introducing herself as the dentist first. I was told my feferral for surgery was sitting on the dentists desk waiting to be signed, it took a month for a paper to get signed. I was in the worst pain of my life. Also, 3 or 4 of my appointments were canceled or rebooked before I decided to go elsewhere.
The staff are very pleasant and efficient. My dental work was painless and I am pleased with my new filling.
Had a great experience! Great staff and my dental hygienist was awesome!
