Change is a good thing—and Westside Dental Centre proves it! I had such a great experience from start to finish. There are lots of positive updates, with new faces and noticeable improvements throughout. Dr. Petre and his assistant Janessa were fantastic. I had two old fillings replaced, and he explained things as he went and let me know when he was wrapping up, which I really appreciated. Tooth extraction, it took 4 injections to numb it enough to remove it. ZERO complaints with the procedure and the Dentist that performed it. They were careful and took my blood pressure and were very gentle. Now the next evening my tongue swells and goes numb to the point where it is hard to swallow. No sleep that night and the next morning no change for about 2 hrs. I called and only an answering machine. They open at 8AM. Great and friendly people right from when you walk in through the doors. Had a filling done very straight forward procedure and most importantly painless. Had a great experience with the staff. Well done how they take care of their patients.

I am truly happy with their overall service. The staff are welcoming, caring, and very friendly throughout the entire visit. The doctor’s work is also highly appreciated. I did encounter an issue with the charges, but once I raised the concern, they addressed it immediately and corrected it accordingly. Overall, I highly recommend this place for your dental needs.
