Have been a patient for 9 years, had lots of good experiences and a few bad ones. This latest experience has been incredibly frustrating. They recommended that I see a Periodontist so I got a pre approval & went for the consultation. I wait 8 months for the apt & was told the day of that my scaling units were all used up and I had no coverage. Most beautiful high tech dental office I’ve ever been to. All staff were lovely and thorough. Appointments were quick and easy to book, on time with reminders. I will definitely refer people to you.
Very clean office, friendly staff. The service was efficient. This is the first dental office I have been in that has massaging chairs, while you are being taken care of, makes it very relaxing. The dentist and his assistant were very accomodating and caring.
I have been going to Westside Dental Centre for years now, and I would highly recommend them to anybody in the Okanagan area! After moving out of West Kelowna I still make the drive to come see them for all of my cleanings and procedures.
