I have gone to the same dentist office for the last 20 years but something happened there and I needed a new dentist office moving forward. After asking for recommendations and doing my own research I decided on Whitehorse Dental. I love Whitehorse Dental I've had bad experiences with previous dental places in Whitehorse, so I come into appointments with alot of anxiety. I appreciate how calming the hygienist was today, she gave me some numbing spray which helped tremendously. They even got me into my appointment early! Thanks for being lovely, folks 🩷
This is a great dental clinic! From the friendly and knowledgeable administrative staff to the doctor and his assistant. I am a patient of Dr. Jacob and he always takes the time to discuss the options and includes me in the decision process to choose the best path forward. He is very compassionate and experienced. I feel very valued as a patient by everyone there. If you are looking for a new dentist I can highly recommend Whitehorse Dental. I cannot say enough positive things about everyone there.
The Whitehorse Dental Clinic is one of the only clinics in the Yukon still mitigating against the ongoing harms of COVID. Although the World Health Organization declared the "global health emergency" over in May 2023, the WHO also cautioned strongly, that the pandemic itself was ongoing. Greeted by name on arrival, no wait time to get into the chair to get my three fillings. Dentist and assistant were both very friendly, prompt and professional. Out in 40 minutes. Very nice visit indeed.
