Dr. Paul was fantastic was with my child who struggles with high anxiety during dentist trips. Very caring and patient and offered many solutions/strategies to try to calm her nerves in order to successfully complete the treatment. Many thanks to all the staff at this office. My whole family comes here and everyone is very friendly and helpful! Kindness goes a long way! :)

Misleading and Pressured by Dental Hygienist – Disappointing Experience I had a very disappointing experience with the dental hygienist at this office. We were told that the cleaning would cost $99 and would be detailed. However, after filling out the forms and just before starting the procedure, the hygienist informed us that this was only a basic cleaning, limited to 15–20 minutes. I had a wonderful experience with Winchester dental clinic. Dr.Sam was so patient and super informative on the procedures and the status of my dental health.Also the staffs at reception and assisting personnel were so polite and cooperative through out my visits.I will recommend them at the highest!!
I cannot thank Dr. Hong and her team enough for the incredible care they provided for my son. He had four cavities, and this was his very first dental treatment. At our first appointment, we couldn’t proceed because he was so nervous and overwhelmed.
