Both Irene and Whitney were both professional and thorough in giving both my 9 year old son and myself our semi annual cleanings!! They were very friendly and quick. Dr Hong’s check up on us both was again thorough. She did a great job in explaining my son’s exam and listened to me. She is great!!
I was a walk in, after seeing a $99 cleaning special sign out front. I booked an appointment, showed up an hour and a half later, check in sat down in the dentist chair and only then was told that the $99 was for a partial cleaning, and that a full cleaning would cost 80$ more. It definitely felt like a bait-and-switch, especially considering my previous dentist charged $129 for a full cleaning with no surprises. Dr. Paul was fantastic was with my child who struggles with high anxiety during dentist trips. Very caring and patient and offered many solutions/strategies to try to calm her nerves in order to successfully complete the treatment. Many thanks to all the staff at this office. My whole family comes here and everyone is very friendly and helpful! Kindness goes a long way! :)
