The team at Woodcreek is just so so so caring and compassionate. From the front desk to the assistants, everyone is so good. I truly feel comfortable there despite having extreme dental anxiety. I recently had to have a root canal and major filling on a fractured tooth. I opted for the IV sedation and truly it was worth every penny for me. I went into the office for some tooth pain that I was dealing with. I went to another dentist before this because it was a weekend and I needed some help. They were going to send me to another clinic because the tooth that was giving me issues was one with a crown on it. This delayed the treatment and the pain got worse. When I contracted Woodcreek they had everything that they needed and was able to isolate the problem very quickly and schedule me in within a day to get this looked at and rectified. Michale is wonderful taking the time to get to know every patient above their dental needs which is ideal in making a comfortable and safe environment, the nicest and most caring Manager. My visit to the dentist today was a five-star rating again. I had to have three fillings replaced. I asked to be sedated for this procedure. I walked in sat down in the chair and did not remember anything until the procedure was done. Best experience ever!
