I had my Botox done today! It is now my 3rd time and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The dentist and his wife are so personable and so friendly , they make you feel so comfortable. The front desk clerk is also very welcoming and chatty. I recommend this place 100%.
I went into the office for some tooth pain that I was dealing with. I went to another dentist before this because it was a weekend and I needed some help. They were going to send me to another clinic because the tooth that was giving me issues was one with a crown on it. This delayed the treatment and the pain got worse. When I contracted Woodcreek they had everything that they needed and was able to isolate the problem very quickly and schedule me in within a day to get this looked at and rectified. Michale is wonderful taking the time to get to know every patient above their dental needs which is ideal in making a comfortable and safe environment, the nicest and most caring Manager. My visit to the dentist today was a five-star rating again. I had to have three fillings replaced. I asked to be sedated for this procedure. I walked in sat down in the chair and did not remember anything until the procedure was done. Best experience ever!
I have been using this office of years and just love the staff. And they support the community in so many ways. Had a new staff member do my cleaning this visit and she was amazing. Thank you all
