From, walking in with the greeting, to the dental assistant who by the way..I never had to ask for water suction nor did i gag, she was fantastic, and to the young dentist, who explained everything as he did it. The freezing needles were also not bad with very minimal pain. To my leaving the office. The temp was fantastic with explaining my bill. And using my name, I felt like family not just a patient.
Had a cleaning done last spring and was quoted a price to include the cost of x-rays for my next visit in the fall of 2023. Met "yet another new dentist" there that fall. Apparently another change in dentists without telling the patient. The new hygenist kept trying to talk me into freezing my mouth for my cleaning which had never been necessary in the past. I react poorly to freezing and avoid it at all costs for "just a cleaning". She finally relentled and cleaned my teeth without freezing it. I get to reception and find o... read more
Excellent patient care. Felt confident with the experience and knowledge of the dentist and hygienist. Reception is kind and patient. Also found the reminders via text to be very helpful when needed.
Ok with an unbiased point of view i scheduled a checkup because i needed dental work. Right away i noticed how capable and professional the receptionist is as the call seemed like a casual conversation with literally zero wait time. Upon visiting the location i was greeted upon entry (basic, but still appreciated) and realized quickly the receptionist is very experienced and understands all aspects of her job perfectly. 10/10 just on that. Just went in to have my teeth cleaned and it was a good experience. The dentist even buffed some teeth for me. Friendly people both front and back. I do recommend this clinic 😊
