Overbooking is a problem. Been with West-End Dental for a number of years and never been through such long waiting period.
Rather than traveling to Ottawa for a cone scan, my dental specialist referred me to Belleville Dental Care. What an awful mistake that was! I have never seen such unprofessional and childish and expensive actions in a dental office before! I won’t go into all the details of the mistakes and unprofessional attitudes or I would be here for 2 hours writing them up.
