Everyone was very nice, from the moment I walked in I felt comfortable. The procedures were well explained and I was kept updated throughout the process. For the follow-up visit it seemed they were training someone new-ish on the procedure. Dr. Naik was calm and explained everything thoroughly to the trainee while also ensuring I received the best care.

I feel that the quality of the experience is very good but the pricing has gotten way out of hand. I have been coming to this office for over 20 years. My insurance covers 80% but suddenly I’m paying well over $100 per visit. Today my daughter’s fillings will be $277 out of pocket - I cannot imagine how much is being charged to the insurance company. I have spoken to many of my colleagues who have children and families and they’re telling me that the pricing here is over the top. I don’t think I can remain a patient here for... read more

Felt very rushed by technician, she also spoke very fast and had difficulty understanding her. Protective cape did not fasten properly and would not stay on. Provided a smaller one that the tech acknowledge did not properly cover my torso, but she said "it will do". Machine was not set up correctly and was asked to step outside. Was also told machine may push against my should but told do not worry about it. Was asked if I could come in earlier for the appt which I agreed to. While they got me to my chair about 30minutes later than scheduled, the actual work only started about 50 minutes from the scheduled time. During which, I was given freezing 20 minutes before they started doing anything. Not checked in on during that time - and just a “if it feels sensitive raise your hand and I will give you more freezing” - because you were not on time I have to deal with it. Made a mistake on my appointment and instead of letting me know in a respectful manner, the blonde office manager was very rude. You can communicate with people in a way that you let them know how it should be done instead of making comments like "you take up an hour of our time" in an aggressive tone of voice. Especially when the whole office, other patients included will hear you. I work in costumer service and I would never speak that way to someone even if they are in the wrong.
