After having an awful and uncomfortable experience with a different dentist in Kelowna, I moved to Care Dental specifically to be Dr. Chad Fletcher's patient. The Care Dental office staff moved over all of my dental records easily and updated my insurance to know what I was eligible for (new x-rays, check-up etc). Their clinic is so bright and nice, the dental hygienists and dental assistants are extremely friendly and very good at their jobs.
