She was particularly helpful the first time we saw her, just before we moved into the neighborhood, with my son, on an emergency basis. She has provided good care and advice to our family, referring my son to an excellent specialist when needed.
A really bad experience. From having a few different dentists, I get a really uneasy feeling when she is working on me. Not clear at all what she's doing or how long it will be. Worst thing is is that she is VERY rude to her staff during the procedures to the point where I get chills
She is knowledgeable and polite with the patients but I noticed during my last visit that she was very rude to her staff which made me feel uncomfortable. I feel bad for the staff since she wasn't very nice to them even though they were competent in their jobs.
I'm a patient of Dr Bitaraf's and am just pointing out to the review before mine that the flood of reviews were the result of the office putting on their sign at the front of their office asking patients to put up reviews based on their experiences (it was removed a while ago which is why reviews have stopped flooding in).
She is a new dentist in the neighborhood and much closer to my home so I was happy to try her out. Several cleaning sessions were fine. But, two filling replacements turned into a nightmare. She could not do it properly - with each filling I had to go back 3 times for adjustments (too high or too low), which resulted in root infection and a long healing process of some 6 months.
