I appreciate the fact that patients are made to feel as comfortable as possible during procedures and all staff were friendly and informative.
My experience over the years and continuing to my most recent visit has been nothing but the absolute best. I have had a lot of dental work done—some very complicated—and each procedure went without a hitch with no pain and minimal discomfort. The quality of work you provide is truly exceptional. The environment is always calm and supportive and I always look forward to meeting and chatting with the team. Thank you!
Unprofessional. Will never rcommend this dentist to anyone. She was dismissive and did not even attempt to address an emergency issue. She focussed on referring me to someone else and questioned the validity of my allergies, even though my results came from a well-renowned allergy specialist overseas. One receptionist and an assistant actually made disparaging remarks which I overheard and I was asked confirmation for information I provided in my patient information form.
