From the moment you walk into the waiting area you are greeted with a warm friendly receptionist who knows you and lets the staff know you’ve arrived. I’ve never waited for longer that 10 minutes to be greeted by a hygienist or member of the staff getting your appointment started! The office is modern, comfortable, and extremely clean! Very happy with everything. I needed emergency dental and my dentist could not get me in for a few days so I called around. New Falls Dental was great from the time the lady answered to phone. The staff there were so nice, patient and caring. I was greeted the second I walked in the door. I like many others do not like going to the dentist. They made this experience easy for me. I will continue to go there.

This is the best dentist office that I have ever been too. The office is very clean and organized. The staff takes the time to go over exactly what they are doing step by step and go above and beyond to make sure that you are comfortable

I showed up early for my appointment to fill out paperwork- by the time that was done, they were ready for me and there was no slack time at all. My hygienist was knowledgeable and answered my questions with ease, and got my X-Rays and tooth cleaning done with a minimum of fuss and no trouble. Will definitely return for further dental care.
