Very happy with everything. I needed emergency dental and my dentist could not get me in for a few days so I called around. New Falls Dental was great from the time the lady answered to phone. The staff there were so nice, patient and caring. I was greeted the second I walked in the door. I like many others do not like going to the dentist. They made this experience easy for me. I will continue to go there.
The ladies are so nice and friendly and the entire place has this Zen type atmosphere. Doc is cool as anyone could imagine. Granted it's a dental place, but it feels relaxing. Best place I've ever been to to get my teeth worked on.
I came for a second opinion and every single associate was an angel, making sure to provide all the information I seeking and more. I was never made to feel rushed/rushed out, which is unlike other experiences I have had. After one appointment, I decided I’m going to start going to this dental office and leave my other one. This team is always so caring and professional from the front desk to the clinical staff. Although I still get a little nervous, the staff is always very accommodating and make me feel comfortable. Always a great experience!
