I am perpetually scared of the dentist. I am so scared of the dentist that I avoided it straight into lots of dental problems. Dr. Rus is AWESOME! His entire staff from front desk to billing are really sweet, understanding, and compassionate. I have been treated with such care here. I haven’t felt any pain during any procedure. I think, sincerely, this is just dentist priced. I don’t find it particularly expensive just sort of industry standard. He’s worth every penny.
I have had absolutely horrible experiences my entire life at various dentists. It had even gotten to the level of a “fear” going to the dentist. Well, everyone at New Falls was compassionate and understanding. More importantly, they care and want to comfort you in order to give you the best experience. Everyone is professional and really put the extra in extraordinary! Highly recommend!
New Falls Dental is amazing! The office was able to get me in quickly. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The doctor was amazing and really took his time to explain a treatment plan. The facility seemed very state of the art, clean and calm. I would highly recommend them.
I used to go every six months, but each visit brought a new problem and another hefty bill. I finally switched dentist to get a second opinion. Recently I’ve experienced dental problems that aren’t getting better after treatment. I reached out to New Falls to get a second opinion in case my new dentist was missing something. The dentist at New Falls bluntly said, "I told you two years ago to get a root canal. Go see an Endodontist and get root canals on all your teeth and crowns that will solve your problems. Gotta honestly say this was my best dental experience. To the imaging, and the hygienist herself. I don't usually have any issues with my cleaning and go every 6 ish months, but recently transplanted up here so first time. From this experience I'm pretty sure my last hygienist hated me, because I mentally prepared for each step ( that she carefully explained and walked me through) which I did for nothing because it was seamless and generally pain free.
