I’ve been coming here for a while and usually I’m waiting long after my appt is is scheduled. Today I got in on time for a first. My hygienist told me I was required for dental X-rays each year. I said really even if I don’t have any concerns? Yes they must be done yearly. Get a huge bill after I went for a cleaning with no polish no fluoride just three units of scaling. Today is day three. After a failed root canal. I felt electricity in my lip while freezing was being put in. Well. Now today day three. When I open my mouth My lip goes all numb. I knew something was wrong She also knew something was wrong. Cause she said she hit a verve. Well still very very very disappointed and in trouble now. Might loose this tooth. But does anyone care? Our family has been going here for many years. I started here when I was very young and saw Dr. Ference (brilliant dentist) our family of 4 continued once he left we have recently left this office for several reasons and have found a new dentist for our family that is respectful and takes time with his patients. Not a 5 min in and out with a crazy charge.
