we were looking for a dentist in the east end after moving here a yea ago , after looking at all the web sits settled on Ivory Smiles , it was a great decision . they send you all the forms online to save time , were able to get my files from my previous dentist in Belleville . everyone is super nice and efficient , the doctor explained what was necessary and what could wait , gave me the price before starting . I had an exam and teeth cleaned and will just need one visit for a filling . they are just what i hoped to find in... read more

I visited Ivory Smiles for my first time yesterday and I had a great experience! They explained everything to me while showing me my X-rays. Dr. Virk is very compassionate and gentle! Their equipment is very modern and I was very excited to see they have a direct payment system, where they submit for payment to your insurance provider! They were even able to submit to my husband’s provider for the balance after my maximums! No more submitting forms! I had an excellent experience for my first visit at Ivory Smiles. Dr. Virk was friendly, patient and gentle, and explained everything clearly. Claudia (assistant) was awesome as well, and Nathalie at the front desk was welcoming and kind. Beautiful, modern office space, including massage chairs and a TV mounted on the ceiling so you can watch whatever you want while getting your procedure done. Great and friendly staff, very relaxing including a massage chair and a tv you can watch Netflix on during your visit! Overall 5/5 star experience, I would recommend this place to anybody looking to get dental work done!
