If you're looking for a new Dentist clinic I would offer a very strong recommendation to Ivory Smiles on Innovation Drive. They knew I was dealing with a painful issue and were very accommodating and empathetic. I got in very quickly and instead of filling out paper patient info forms in a waiting room they sent out a very user friendly version through text. The information about insurance coverage was not clear or accurate. I was told a procedure was covered, but later I was asked to pay a significant amount. This experience affected my trust, and I think better transparency is needed
