As a newly released member of the CAF and single mom of two teenagers, I was really impressed with the whole team, especially the administrators! One of my kids fell ill the night before their initial appointment, and they happily rebooked them for another date with no fee penalty. The administrators themselves were fantastic with taking care of all the billing/insurance paperwork as I have a dental plan through Canada Life as a public servant and Medavie Blue Cross as a veteran.
