This is my first time here. I was welcome warmly, and taking care of immediately. Experience was good. Dentist was very thorough. Never mind that they have heated seats with massage. And parking too. I even got a new electric toothbrush for free! A wonderful experience. I am coming back!

Fantastic dentist and dental hygienist. I always feel well taken care of, appointment scheduling is a breeze, and they handle insurance coordination within seconds (between my and my wife's insurance). Treatments are efficient and painless and the TVs on the ceiling are the cherry on top! Couldn't be happier as a client.

I love this dentist! I moved to Kingston and found them immediately. The staff is so wonderfully friendly, and I feel well taken care of. Started with standard annual exam and cleanings, and I’m now part-way through ClearCorrect (similar to Invisalign, but better!) Overall, 10/10 highly recommend.

I got my fillings done here by Dr. Sameer, very professional and very friendly. He went the extra mile to fix my chipped tooth (which was a big chip btw) and it looks perfect! Receptionists are very friendly, always have toys for my little ones and their favourite show on the TV, Paw Patrol. My youngest (1 year old) was looked after by one of the staff members while I was having my fillings done, that was really sweet of her. I got my treatment done without having to worry for my kids. I highly recommend them!

We had a fantastic family visit at Ivory Smiles Dental. From the friendly check-in to the immaculate treatment rooms, everything felt professional and reassuring. The dentist took time to explain options and expected costs before starting, which I really appreciated. They were amazing with the kids—gentle, patient, and great at making them feel comfortable. Our appointments were right on schedule, and there were no surprise fees. We walked out happier, with healthier smiles. Strongly recommend for families.

Amazing & very impressive!!!! from the reception to every individual staff who welcomed me in and checked me ,gave me a thorough knowledge of what is to expect . Offered me choices with no pressure and they are equipped with modern state of technology. Big difference of a business when you have enough no. of staff that really works together and knowledgeable on what they do. Professional & friendly . Looking forward for their continue service .
